Hotel Cimbel is joining the Recuperem Tourism Voucher 2026 program promoted by the Generalitat Valenciana (Generalitat Valenciana), which aims to offer subsidized stays to people affected by the 2024 DANA flooding.
We know that many questions have arisen about how to use this voucher, so we want to explain in a simple way how to apply it correctly when booking your stay with us.
How to book with your voucher?
Enter the promo code BONADANA**
Choose the dates of your stay (minimum 2 nights).
The "Bono Recuperem" rate will appear with 3 meal plan options: Room only, With breakfast, or Half board.
You can add parking if you wish/need.
In the "Complete Booking" step, enter your personal information and that of the voucher holder.
In the "Código Bono Recoperem" field, enter the reference you received from the Valencian Government (GVA).
Complete your booking.
Important
The total amount of your reservation will appear without a discount upon confirmation, but the reduction will be applied directly at reception upon presentation of your voucher.
Cancellation and prepayment:
Your reservation will be subject to the general cancellation and prepayment conditions in effect at Hotel Cimbel.
Conditions
The subsidy is only available to customers who have booked the "Bono Recuperem" fare and provided the voucher code received from the GVA.
Use the promo code BONODANA** to access the "Bono Recuperem" fare.
100% coverage, up to a maximum of €350.
Period: From May 26 to December 22, 2025 (single uninterrupted period).
Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Maximum meal plan: Half board.
Voucher holder information: When making your reservation, be sure to enter the voucher holder's information.
Recuperem Voucher Code: Include the voucher reference in the "Código Bono Recuperem" field on the reservation contact form.
